Reports and Analytics

Our platform analyzes publicly available information from AI platforms and search engines. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of third-party data sources
• That AI platforms will change their citation behavior based on our recommendations
• Specific visibility or ranking improvements
• Continuous availability of all AI platforms for analysis

You acknowledge that AI platform algorithms change frequently and results may vary.

Service "As Is"

AMPD is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMPD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AMPD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AMPD at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination:
